We are deeply sorry to hear about your challenging experience at Rockridge Station in 2015. As of 2024, we want to assure you that significant improvements have been made to address the issues you mentioned.

Firstly, flooding issues have been... addressed, and the property has not experienced any flooding problems recently. We have also implemented a new water system to ensure a more consistent water supply for our residents.

Regarding pest control, we have implemented regular and effective pest management protocols to address roach issues and maintain a pest-free environment.

Additionally, we take cleanliness and upkeep of the property seriously. Our maintenance team works diligently to ensure that common areas are well-maintained and that the overall appearance of the property is kept up to standard.

We understand your concerns about safety and security. We have enhanced security measures on the property, including improved lighting and surveillance systems, to help create a safer environment for all residents.
