Disgusted

Roach and drug infested.... office workers falsify application for male residents they become hot and bothered over ..exchange personal cell phone numbers with married residents and form personal relationships with them

Nice place to live

Marilyn was very helpful in getting my parents an apartment. She was very patient and kind as they are senior citizens and needed a lot of help and had a lot of questions. They love their new place . It’s quiet and clean and the complex is kept up with. Very happy we found this place ??

Zamir is the best!

I was referred by my uncle Wilbert and I must say when I came into the leasing office I was amazed in how sweet the leasing agent zamir was. A smile that you could not resist to smile back. Zamir is great! Made me feel at home already when I have not even started on my application but I thought about leaving a review before I do an application. My uncle says the office staff is the best staff they have had in a long time since the new leasing agent came in and he could not be wrong at all. Not… only zamir is great but the property is nice well maintained, quiet and clean compared to the other apartments nearby. I can already feel am going to be a very happy resident here.

Rockridge Station

This Apartment is very poor. It has flooded, the water goes off half the time. The apartment has roaches and needs to be sprayed on a regular basis. Not much is done around here to keep the place up. I am a senior on a fixed income and this is all I could afford on my income. I try to get the children to pick up their garbage so that the place looks nice, but it is a constant battle. People do not take pride in their homes even if they are renting. I was a home owner since 1977 and I lost my… home last year in 2014 because my ex husband abandoned me and refuses to pay my alimony . This apartment is so depressing. A month ago I was held at gun point as my car was hijacked in my parking lot. But thank God I am alive.

Firstly, flooding issues have been… addressed, and the property has not experienced any flooding problems recently. We have also implemented a new water system to ensure a more consistent water supply for our residents.

Regarding pest control, we have implemented regular and effective pest management protocols to address roach issues and maintain a pest-free environment.

Additionally, we take cleanliness and upkeep of the property seriously. Our maintenance team works diligently to ensure that common areas are well-maintained and that the overall appearance of the property is kept up to standard.

We understand your concerns about safety and security. We have enhanced security measures on the property, including improved lighting and surveillance systems, to help create a safer environment for all residents.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or distress you experienced in the past and want to assure you that we are committed to providing a comfortable and safe living environment for all our residents.
