on 9-10-25 manager Elizabeth threatens to terminate my lease over a bad review on Facebook. She said " you're lucky I dint terminate your lease" and stated that she could if she wanted to. She said "I would appreciate if you delete the review" and I said no. A keener supervisor was on site an heard her tell me that. I told the supervisor about her threats and he stated that she couldn't do that because legally they can't retaliate. If she does I will pursue legal action against the property and... management. She needs to be removed she can't be there threatning tenants over bad reviews. Lee mas

I am a resident of Spring Woods Park when it was called Bermuda Woods. There have been many owners and management changes, but I believe we have the right fit now. Yari at the front desk is extremely diligent and understanding. She has gone out of her way to ensure any questions, maintenance request, or general knowledge. I am a single mom, and I depend on the office staff to help me out with things at the apartment and Yari has gone above and beyond to help me in any way she can. From my... patio door needing replacement, electric garage wiring, or general maintenance; Yari is on top of it. I've dealt with lots of rude apartment managers over the years but this guy needs to take a few lessons in customer service. It's his way or the highway and the customer doesn't matter one bit.

The maintenance doesn't know what they are doing. The management don't take care of issues, pool is green w/pump out more than it works & full of rats. The lighting is poor, and they don't have the special bulbs they changed out on front doors. The hot water is out more than it works. And the manager would blame it on someone breaking into the room with the boiler and turning it all the way up.
