Sunrise by the Park Apartamentos

We've only lived here for six months but have noticed a real decline in amenities. The pool hasn't been cleaned once and is full of algae. There are broken and loose floor tiles in the elevator which create a trip hazard. We've been promised a new coffee maker for the community room since moving in which has never materialized. Garbage bags are constantly left in the hallways overnight despite the policy that they can't be placed there until the morning. The employees in the front office are... great and doing their best; it's not their fault but definitely is the fault of those who benefit from our rent check. We are considering not renewing our lease when it ends. Lee mas

New Management Is Not Great When I first moved in, our previous management team was wonderful. The building was well maintained and clean. The new onsite team has let this place fall apart. Trash cans are always overflowing, elevators and gates break and had not previously, the pool is dirty and there is not great furniture any more. Not sure why these easy items are no longer being handled by the onsite team. I used to see maintenance every day and now I have not seen them in months. It's a... great building in a great location. Staffing is half of needed Hi
Been here going on 2 yrs. Only 1 in office and 1 david in maintenance

My ac is not working and david has tried but has lots to do
Neighbors say the pool and hot tub is looking dirty of late

Why have you not had the same staffing as last year

Morale in the building is dropping and will lead to non renewals

We have been promised return of coffee for months with no follow thru

Visiting 6 complexes and picked Sunrise. Celia was very helpful and informative. Loved the location and units. Smaller complex but hoping will be a plus.

Oh my goodness, apartment hopping has been my thing for a while now, but let me tell you, Sunrise by the Park is a whole different ballgame! From the second I walked into that lobby, I was like, "Whoa, this is fancy!" It felt like home right away.

The apartments themselves are just dreamy. They're modern, they're huge, and everything is so clean and shiny. My place has this amazing open layout that's perfect for having friends over. And the amenities? Top-notch! The gym is so awesome, it... actually makes me want to work out.

And the pool area? Oh. My. Gosh. Not only is the pool sparkling and refreshing, but they have a spacious hot tub to soak in after a long day. Plus, there are big screen TVs all around, so you can catch the game or your favorite show while you relax. And if you get hungry, they even have a fantastic cooking range right there! It's like a resort!

The staff here are seriously the best. They're always so helpful and friendly. But the real magic of Sunrise by the Park is the community vibe. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. It's like a little family!

And you know what's even better? The rent prices are super competitive for all this luxury! It's like they're giving away a five-star experience!

So, if you're hunting for a place that's luxurious, convenient, and full of awesome people, look no further. Sunrise by the Park is the place to be! Trust me, you won't regret it.
