Our experience at Terra is still very pleasant. Since my last review, we've had no issues, and the complex continues to be taken care of more than adequately by management and the maintenance team.

I’ve been a tenant here for many years, and it’s a wonderful place to live and raise a family. One of the things I really appreciate is the convenience of the location.

There are so many big trees and mostly quiet and maintenance crews are diligent. BUT public announcement for any work done in the community can be better at least it should give out 1 or 2 days ahead of time.

I'm happy to report that my experience at Terra continues to be very positive. During the winter, we had a few issues with our heating, and it refused to work. Thankfully, management and maintenance did take it very seriously and worked on it diligently. They went so far as to replace the heating element to ensure the issue was fixed.
I'd have no issues suggesting Terra as a great place to live.
