It’s the best!!! Love this place!!!Great location!! love my neighbors! Very dog friendly ! I’ve been here 5 years. Never had a problem… and most important I love the staff!

I've been here 2 years now, and while it's not terrible, I can't call it a luxury apartment complex like I used to. The crime rate here is really going up, the neighbors are getting louder, and the front office isn't as responsive as they used to be. I'm beginning to be bothered that my rent still goes up each year knowing how dramatically the quality of the complex has dropped. I didn't mind how much it cost when I first moved in and this place was awesome. Now it's starting to feel unfair. I'm... not sure I'd recommend The Highbank to a friend anymore.

Great Place

Cieara toured us around the apartments and showed us the lovely amenities. She was very sweet, patient, and helpful. I cannot wait to apply and move in!

mold issues

I have lived here for the past 4 years now and have add allergen issues the entire time. I believe it has something to do with being close to the bayou, but if you have an allergy problem, please reconsider. They were kind enough the move me free of charge to another unit and provide free moving service but after 4 months, mold started growing in the walls of the second unit. They can be very caring and understanding, but I suggest having an inspector come and check before you move in! It is not... a fun experience.

LOVE THE HIGHBANK TEAM

Both the office and maintenance staff are amazing! They are always going above and beyond to take care of me and my family. The office is gorgeous and well maintained. Location is great..close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.
