The staff at The Sterling is top notch. Amanda, Willie, Gregory, Sharena, Neneth, The Maintenance Team, they all go above and beyond to assist me whenever I need it. When I had to put my dog Christian down last August, Amanda and The Sterling team sent me a beautiful peace lily floral arrangement. That meant the world to me.

I love the team at the Sterling Regent Square. They have made my move to a new country feel like home, and that I am safe and cared for. I love the building, the amenities and facilities. I am truly so lucky

I enjoyed my stay here at the Sterling. The staff was always there to help me with my issues, the amenities are bomb, and the events are well thought out with good food, entertainment, and decorations! I loved it here. The common spaces were kept clean for the most part. Every now and then the hallways would stink or someone wouldn't clean up after their pet, but this doesn't takeaway from the greatness of the community. You are around the corner from shopping centers, grocery stores, and theres... walking trails nearby. Everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to stay in Houston!! :)

I would say move elsewhere. For the price point, there’s too many communities offering better options than what I’ve noticed at the Sterling thus far. This is extremely disappointing because Windsor seems to have a great reputation and the area itself is optimal for living, the Sterling feels neglected almost like an afterthought for Windsors portfolio.

Excellent cleanliness of facilities, prompt responses to work orders, would like the water fountains in the dog park to work, great social events, friendly staff, great people, and great location.
