The community is built cheap, and other the communal amenity floor nothing else is maintained properly cleaned properly.

My work order was not attended to. I just wanted to lower the blinds in the gym because the sun was in my eyes but there is no mechanism to do so

I’ve been living at the sterling for a month and a half now, move in was a breeze, I have been thoroughly enjoying the amenities. I love my new apartment I rarely want to leave home. The office staff was very friendly I haven’t had any issues and the location is very convenient and walkable.
