Guest Policy is a NIGHTMARE
The apartment’s themselves are nice, but the guest policy is absolutely abysmal. Guests may not park past the gates where residents parks for fear of towing and the spots they can park at are extremely limited and far away from the apartments themselves. Guests must park in front of the apartment complex where there are approximately 10 spots, 3 of which are reserved for future residents and 1 is for the property staff. Additionally guests may only park there during the proper “visitation hours”... otherwise your visitors will be towed within 10 minutes of them witnessing the violation.
TLDR: the apartments are nice enough, but if you plan to have guests whatsoever stay far away from here.
