Rude Property Manager
I've lived here for several years & I've seen staff come and go. The current manager is RUDE! She gets upset with the residents whenever it's pointed out that the leasing office is not correctly doing it's job. The main issue is a complete lack of communication. If you call and leave a message, your call is never returned. Packages that are received by the office are supposed to be written down in a log & a notice is supposed to be placed on your mailbox, that RARELY ever happens. And, I've... pointed that out to the manager, only to be given a dirty look. The main maintenance man has been the only consistent person working here in the last few years. Overall, he is very nice & knowledgeable, though honestly he has been less efficient under the current management. Needless to say I am not currently a happy resident.

The Aventine Apartments
an upstairs 3 bedroom 2 bath with an adjoining one car garage and laundry area...The rent is a little pricey at $1023 a month and has been rising every year....The maintenance needs pushing a little when needed but all in all a nice place to live.
