AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Living here has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. The noise from the neighbors above us is relentless, day and night, to the point that it’s made our home completely unlivable. Despite repeated complaints, management refuses to intervene and instead hides behind the lease clause that “noise is expected in apartment living”—a lazy excuse for not enforcing basic standards of respect and peace.
The front gate is another disaster. It malfunctioned and closed... on my car, causing visible damage. When I brought it to the attention of the office, they pointed to a tiny disclaimer posted at the gate stating they’re not responsible for any damages. It’s unacceptable that they’re aware of a dangerous issue and refuse to take accountability.
To make matters worse, the staff in the front office are consistently condescending and unhelpful. Rather than resolving resident concerns, they gaslight and brush them off. It’s clear they prioritize convenience over community.
The complex itself is poorly maintained—residents leave trash, shoes, and other clutter in the hallways with no enforcement of cleanliness or standards. Finding parking after 5 PM is a nightmare; expect to walk a long distance just to reach your unit.
And perhaps the most telling part of this entire experience: management is terminating our lease simply because we’ve raised legitimate complaints. When we reached our breaking point from all of this, their solution was to kick us out. That says everything you need to know about how they treat residents.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You deserve better.

While we strive to resolve issues fairly, respectful and... constructive communication is essential, and unfortunately, that was not always the case. Our lease decision was based on maintaining a positive environment for all residents.
