I've lived at Morgan's Landing for several years and in a couple of months will be renewing my lease once again.
Excellent management and leasing staff, and the maintenance team is prompt and friendly.

I look forward to coming home to Morgan's Landing every day and thoroughly enjoy the peace, feeling safe, and the community amenities like the food trucks and resident perks that are regularly offered.

Every aspect of living at the Morgan's Landing apartment community makes it a pleasant place to live. The ground floor apartments with yards make it feel like a residential neighborhood, grounds maintenance is consistently good, the complex maintenance team is outstanding and the office staff friendly and supportive all of which contribute to the friendly, neighborly atmosphere
