At first, the pricing felt reasonable and manageable, which was one of the main reasons I chose to move forward. The value matched what was being offered, and for the first year, it felt like a fair balance between cost, location, and overall convenience. However, after that first year, the price increases gradually became overwhelming. Each renewal came with higher costs that no longer aligned with the quality or benefits being provided. What once felt affordable slowly turned into a financial... stretch, making it harder to justify continuing under the new rates. While I initially appreciated the competitive pricing and enjoyed my experience early on, the long-term affordability became a concern. The area is still nice. Never hear my neighbors. Parking seems okay for now. The apartment is holding up fairly well, minus a few issues, going into my fifth year here.

I love my apartment and the location. The staff try to manage all the things that need to be done but they seem to be understaffed which seems all too common now and days. Sandra works so very hard and tries to make our living arrangement as pleasant as possible

Love the apartment. Better than my last place for the same amount. While the parking situation is less than ideal I can see us living here for the next 3-4 years.

No security, hit and run happened and nothing always concerned by manager.
Work orders take a really long time to get back to.
No gates and no cameras
