It’s started great. Since the construction of a new apartment and having to wait 150days for a referral fee, I’m a little saddened that it has turned a little sour. I feel like they try but if you voice your opinion on how you’re treated then you become the issue.

The community is beautiful and quiet. The ladies at the front desk are really sweet. They also have events for tenants to participate in, which is nice. My only concern is the turnover time for maintenance related repairs (takes weeks for them to address/fix an issue). For instance, I submitted a work order request on the 26th on June for the ac unit not working/opened so the room gets really hot and till today (7/10) no one has came to check it out nor have I been updated on when someone will... be coming (the request itself is no longer even showing on my portal). So keep that in mind
