While something’s could be better, (there is never anywhere to park near my building and most times I have to park on the street) I am happy with this apartment complex. Some things are a bit messy, the side road by the pond, there’s just a bunch of trash littered along the brush line.

Parking troubles at night always. My visitor parked in a visitor spot and ending up getting towed. Maintenance isn’t very organized. My ceiling started dripping after the freeze.

Amenities are phenomenal as well as apartments! Parking is tough sometimes and maintenance is a bit slow getting tasks completed and cleaned up, but other than that everything is perfect!

Everything about the apartment is good — the rooms, amenities, location, and overall environment are well maintained. The only drawback is that maintenance requests get delayed for weeks. If response time improves, it would be an excellent place to live. Overall, a very good apartment.
