It has been great so far. Its really quiet no one bothers you and my neighbors are nice. You don't see a lot of people just out and walking around and everyone is friendly.

Great complex and community. Small issue is the parking to apartments ratio, little to no parking compared to how many apartments there are.

Living here has been nothing short of peaceful. It’s quite clean the apartments are basically brand new. The staff is friendly and helpful. I honestly have no complaints.?? I’ve even recommended one of my friends here. Not sure if they will join, but it’s worth talking about because of how nice it is here. And the rent is very affordable. You get a lot for these type of units for your money.

Great community! Maintainence can be slow and back up. Parking is fist come first serve but you can always reserve a spot. Right off of i35 but you don’t get the noise it comes with.

The apartment is still nice, even if after 5 years certain appliances are starting to wear with age. Location is still good, though I’m not sure how I feel about new buildings being built in front. Noise level is fine.
