I’ve lived at Oak Forest for over three years, and my experience has been frustrating lately. Lease renewal has been a constant back-and-forth with repeated document requests and errors. The property manager ignored me after I waited over 40 minutes in the office, which felt completely disrespectful. Roach problems continue, and past concerns still haven’t been addressed. I don’t feel valued as a resident, and I’d rate my experience a 2 out of 5.
