Run. Don’t Walk. RUN.
I’ve dealt with some incompetent leasing offices before, but this place takes the cake. I never even got the chance to live here because the application process alone was a complete joke. Unreturned calls, vague answers, constant “we’ll get back to you” lies — it was like playing a game of hide and seek just trying to get basic info. At one point, they asked for documents I had already sent twice. TWICE.
The staff acted like they were doing me a favor just for answering the phone. Spoiler: they... weren’t. I ended up applying somewhere else that treated me like a human being and approved me without the circus. Bullet dodged. If this is how they handle prospective residents, imagine the nightmare of needing a maintenance request or lease help. Hard pass.
