I am a native Texan and have lived in Austin for over 23 years. As a long-time resident, I know Austin well. As a former board member, I am a proud supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I have completed 9 full marathons, countless half-marathons, and several obstacle races while raising funds to further cancer research through the Team In Training program and Woman of the Year campaign. I also volunteer for and support several local nonprofits including Austin Pets Alive, The Central Texas Food Bank, SIDs Center Austin and Big Brothers Big Sisters Austin.
