Provision at Melissa

The entire place is a mess. In the entire time that the apartments have been open we've never had more than a month at a time where the pool was open. The gates haven't been closed in months at this point. Originally we were to get covered parking and we never got it. The first 3+ years the fitness center was only open during business hours (mon -fri) and those hours change as much as management and the office staff does. Rent increases but nothing gets better. Many units have mold, the weed... smoke is atrocious. The parking is horrible. The maintenance has an attitude when heaven forbid there be an after hours emergency of water leaking from a unit. Pest control is supposed to come, it's non-existent. We are now being charged for filters, drip pans, light bulbs, etc. Many units have unverified adults living there that aren't on the lease and the office doesn't seem to care. Dog owners let their dogs poop anywhere and many let their dogs go without leashes. Pool was to be opened in June this year after repairs and have no pool at all last year and its still not open at the end of July. There are supposed to be weekly resident events/activities and we do good to get a sheet of paper with a couple notes on it once every couple of months as the only communication from the office. Go elsewhere, even if rent here is cheaper... you will regret it. Lee mas

They just dont care about anyone or anything they just collect rent your issues dont matter.

I have a lot of reviews and I just wanted people to know my experience. We are very grateful how hard the staff at this facility is working. There were some issue that arose in getting the apartment that was agreed upon. We didn't think we were going to be able to have that one. They did everything possible and made it happen. Every business struggles when they begin. They have pushed through them. FRIENDLY... EXTREMELY!! They really are kind. I see they had a LOT of things they were working on,... but never stopped to say hello and ask if we needed anything. I recommend this place for someone looking for a place to call home! Lee mas

I called to inquire about availability and pricing. The young lady that answered the phone was very sharp and made several assumptions. She assumed I was divorced, and receiving child support due to the fact that i inquired about a 3 bedroom. She said you will have to produce divorce decree and apply for child support documents to the AG Office. I asked why, and she said it's part of our application process. I then asked what that had to do with obtaining an apartment with Provision at Melissa... she said (as if I should have known and in an annoyed voice) we are tax based d homes. I've called several times mind you, and haven't been able to get an answer. My friend guy also called,and she was rude with him as well and very indirect about the pricing. Lee mas
