Spanish Court Apartments

This place is nothing but a scam!!! They will tow your car for no reason,and make you pay for it, good luck ever seeing maintaince, and its infested with bugs.

I live here right now and I have been living here for 5 years and to be honest I think about it when it comes to move out because I feel safe in this apartments . We have 24 hour secury driving around the area and if I call them they answer right away . A few problems I have hade in the past
. The same that have make me think about to move outta here and is that it takes to long for them to fix something but I also think that the owner is not hiring more personal to help the teem he already... have and that's why they can't make it on time but to be honest I think twice when I want to move out
Just because over here I have not seeing someone get bit up and no one help .. over here we all know each other and if anything happens we all help each other .. probably this will be my last year over here at spanish court I'm trying to buy a house but overall the apartments I have live before . Spanish court is the only place I have live longer 5 years to be exact. With my comment I'm not trying to say or sale propaganda.. I'm just been honest and whoever read this if comes to move into this apartments . You make a good choice ?? Lee mas

We lived there for over a year service was horrible there was roaches all over the apartment. Crime is horrible and management wont do anything to help you they will try to take advantage of you in any way they can. Crime is high and you can hear gun shots at night, they do not check your background or anything is really bad this is not family friendly this is crime friendly.

Do not move in here! Management is horrible and very disorganized. I was ready to move out the first week! The apartments have a roach problem and management does not address it. I read reviews before moving in but did not believe the reviews. Believe them! Disgusting, loud rude neighbors, insecure, and horrible horrible management. It was so bad I eventually only started staying once a week. If you decide to ignore bad reviews make sure you double check your lease and keep all documentation of... payments, rental insurance proof, and of all checks you turn in. Incompetent management is what made this experience worse. Just glad we are out of there already. Lee mas

Worst apartment ever!!. They have never fixed anything. I moved in with the apartment unfinished. I moved in with Broken drawers, spiders, holes in the walls. They never fixed the problem.I have a new born baby there was Roches all over my baby's bottles. Found several rats. You can hear them in the walls scratching. This was a unsafe environment for anyone. These need to be shut down!
