1 Star – Attractive on the Surface, But Ongoing Issues Make It a Poor Choice
I live at The Delegate Apartment and, unfortunately, cannot recommend it due to a range of persistent and unresolved issues.
While the units may initially appear modern with updated finishes and practical layouts, the overall build quality is very poor. Soundproofing is almost nonexistent — I could regularly hear neighbors’ pets, toilets flushing, televisions, and even conversations. The noise is compounded by loud, modified vehicles with excessive exhaust systems that frequently pass through... the community, often startling me awake at night. This isn’t an isolated issue; I submitted multiple complaints over several months, none of which were addressed.
Maintenance and safety concerns were also a problem. I was never given a complete set of keys for my unit, and there was no safety guard on the garbage disposal in the kitchen — a basic issue that remained unresolved despite repeated requests.
Management was not helpful in resolving any of these problems. When I brought up how the ongoing noise and lack of sleep were impacting my quality of life, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the community manager rather than support.
In summary, The Delegate Apartment looks good on the surface, but the day-to-day reality includes excessive noise, unresolved maintenance and safety issues, and an unresponsive management team. If you're seeking a quiet, well-managed community, I recommend looking elsewhere.
