Parc At Wall Street

Well, it's been almost 9 years n I'm still here. Like I've said before in my previous reviews, it's management like McKenna n Nick n maintenance like Edwin n Carlos why I continue living here. These guys really try hard to make this a safe, clean n comfortable place to live. The entire office staff n maintenance team actually are all pretty great. They're all professional, courteous, helpful. They're willing to go the extra mile if need be to provide excellent customer service n that's awesome.... No mediocrity here. I've never had anyone be rude or disrespectful in any way to me or my family. They're not perfect but they do try really hard n they care. That's what has helped to make this place home for me for so long. Sure the rent's pricey n you have that one tenant that doesn't pick up after their pet...Yuck!!! But that's not their fault. They can only do what they can do! So simply said, I love it here n I'm happy to call Parc at Wall Street home!!! Lee mas

Great apartments, great maintenance team, but has the worst parking. Sometimes i have to walk all the way from the dog park to the last building, they have spots full of rocks when they can make more parking spots???

It was very easy to move here, the staff are friendly and quick to help with any problem. The apartment we got is in very good condition, the only downside is there are German roaches - which the staff is working with pest control, and I believe they should be gone soon.

I been living her for around 3years and it has been a wonderful experience. Maintenance is great and the office workers are always friendly and easy to talk too. The apartment itself are beautiful and there's plenty of land to walk your dog.

Parc at Wallstreet is a great complex. My husband and I have been here for yrs now and we love it. Staff is always friendly and maintenance staff is always on point. Thanks PAWS for everything.
