Parc At Wall Street Apartments

Parc @ Wall Street had been my home for about 4/1/2 years now. I love the gate security, but I do miss the security that used to walk the complex during the evenings. I would rather pay into having security around than having Fetch services or even Valet services.
Maintenance has always been professional, kind, and efficient.
Office Staff, even with the bombarded calls at times with questions on payments, oe lease or any other matters, have always been courteous. Melanie is such a sweet lady... that even without leaving a message, solely by seeing your number of a call/s, will reach out to you to find out what you needed.

I love it here. staff are more then helpful. I just wish there was more parking for the residents. Its always a hassle trying to find a parking spot.

Renewing my lease again because I have loved my experience living at Parc. Staff is very dedicated to giving residents a good experience/living environment.

I have lived here for almost two years and the experience has been outstanding! Although I have seen a change in the maintenance team throughout my time spent here, they never fail to provide any service I need in a timely, and professional manner. They are so very quick to respond and the office team is always there for me when I have any questions or concerns. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. McKenna, the manager, is such a blessing. Renewed our lease and the second time around things have been much better. Had a lot of problems with the apartment and conflict with an employee in the front office.
