Tacara at Westover Hills

Five Star for sure! I was hooked on my walk through. The wood plank floors, the granite counter tops, the stainless steel appliances, need I go on? But the thing that really gets me the most is the staff! They are incredible! Warm and inviting, you know, the feeling you get when you're coming home for the holidays, the sense of community. This is a fun place to live and mostly, a comfortable place to live. I have shared my living experience with co workers and anyone who asks me where I live. I... share it with a sense of pride! My significant other and I moved in well over 6 months ago. We've had nothing but smooth sailing. The Managers on staff are always ready to help. Our trash is picked up right at our front door, so there isn't any late night walks to the garbage can. Also, the pool, dog park, gym, and recreational area are very well accommodated and large. We couldn't have found a more perfect place to live for the time being.

So one of the bigger reasons we moved into these apartments was that it's supposed to be a gated community. A few weeks after we moved in there was some bad weather and one of the wooden fences on the side broke down so now there's a huge gap where anyone can just walk right in. This happened in the first month we moved in, we are now in out 4th month living here and there's still a huge gap in the fence. Multiple complaints don't seem to help.
