The Boulevard at Sonterra Apartamentos

I recently relocated from NY to TX and as a single woman in her mid-20s who was moving to a brand new city, finding an affordable, safe, and modern apartment was very important to me. I cannot say enough great things about this place! My 1-br apartment is spacious, has a large bathroom with double sinks and W/D, 2 balconies, and a walk in closet. The kitchen also has updated appliances, a freezer with an ice maker, and so much pantry space. The Stone Oak/Sonterra area is safe, surrounded by... medical facilities & within minutes of Trader Joe’s, Costco, Northwoods & Alamo shopping centers, coffee shops, and lots of restaurants. It’s also just about 15 minutes from the Rim/La Cantera area with even more shopping centers and Six Flags. I couldn’t be more pleased with renting from Boulevard at Sonterra. Lee mas

The complex could be nice if they did some landscaping and cleaned the sidewalks and pathways. Lots of dirt and mud throughout. Dog poop not picked up, trash on ground. When I moved here they said they were fixing the main gate, 6 months later. still broken. Disappointed.

I moved to The Boulevard at Sonterra in September 2023. Apologies to them for not writing this review until now. The Office Staff here are amazing and ready to help you as soon as you walk in. The response time for a Maintenance Request is very good and the guys do a great job. I feel very safe, comfortable and am enjoying my apartment! Special mention goes to Diana, who has made our stay here truly feel like home. My family and I enjoy the amenities, such as the billiards and theater, and appreciate how convenient the location is to my children's school.

Furthermore, I would like to extend my gratitude to the maintenance team for their quick and efficient... handling of any issues that have arisen in my apartment. Despite the fact that I live in an older unit, I have never felt concerned about any problems that have arisen as the team has always been prompt in finding and resolving the issue at hand. I especially appreciate the approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable demeanor of the maintenance staff. They truly understand their job and go above and beyond to ensure that residents are satisfied with their service.

I’ve only been here about a week and if you’re interested in an apartment consider this one! The office team is so nice and are willing to help. Diana is a huge help, she puts herself in our shoes and understands what it feels like to be applying for an apartment. The manager is nice as well.
It’s quiet at night, no loud music or people outside being loud. Maintenance works FAST. I had my garbage disposal not work and when I told the front office my issue, 30 mins later maintenance was knocking... on my door! He was nice enough to ask if there is anything else he can do to help. There is a little parking issue but since I work from home I hardly have that problem. If you have pest problems the office will handle it ASAP. I feel safe here at night as well if you have anxiety with coming home late at night. I feel blessed to call this place home. Lee mas
