Retreat at Chelsea Park

People leave trash at the dumpster all the time without even opening the door to see if it’s full. I was almost sprayed by a skunk there and see rats there.
People don’t clean up after their pets either. There is dog poop every where, even on the sidewalks and next to the provided bags and dog waste areas.
The dog park is covered in fleas. I can’t even take my dogs there without dealing with fleas for 2 weeks after. I quit taking them 3 years ago. It’s a mess with dog poop as well. I... walk by and see poop all the time.
The office and maintenance staff have always been great. I walk a lot and always see drug deals taken place in the parking lot. I just choose to mind my own business because I don’t want anyone messing with my dogs, my vehicles or myself. Lee mas

While the apartment itself is attractive, the overall living experience has declined significantly. There is frequently pet waste left throughout the property, and the odor of marijuana from neighboring units has become a recurring issue. Despite multiple reports, these concerns have not been adequately addressed. The absence of a visible courtesy officer further contributes to the lack of accountability, and the front office has routinely directed residents to “call the police” rather than... taking action. I just moved into this apartment complex. The whole staff is super friendly and make it a smooth transition. Anything I needed within 24 hours the task was completed. The community is super friendly.

Great value and amenities. I've enjoyed living here and have had no major issues. I only hope they keep to the principal of value and quality rather than vying for luxury and fluff.

I absolutely love this place! The management and maintenance team is amazing and very efficient. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors always friendly!
I would recommend the retreat at Chelsea Park to anyone looking for an apartment! ??
