Paige, from Chelsea Park, made everything so fast and easy. She explained everything and also very responsive. 10/10 very quiet community with lots of shopping centers around even a H-E-B and Walmart.

Smooth move in experience. Staff is helpful, friendly, and caring. Apartment is in great condition. Neighbors are very friendly too and the property is kept very well. I feel safe here and I am happy!

I've been living in this apartment community for a while now, and overall, I have to say I'm really happy here. It has a great mix of comfort, convenience, and a welcoming environment that makes it feel like home.

One of the things I appreciate most is how well-maintained everything is. The grounds are always clean, the landscaping is beautiful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Every time I’ve needed something fixed, the maintenance team showed up within a day or... two, if not sooner, and they always did a great job.

The apartment itself is comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The layout makes good use of the space, and the natural light through the windows gives it a nice open feel. Appliances are modern and in great condition, and the insulation must be pretty solid because I rarely hear noise from neighbors. That quiet atmosphere is something I really value. Lee mas

The Retreat has treated me really well since I got here. I can honestly say the homes are set up in a way that makes sense and even tho I live on the third floor it’s not that bad of a hike up stairs. This place is very modern and homey so it’s great for family’s, people who are in school or whatever walk of life you come from.
