I absolutely love this place! The management and maintenance team is amazing and very efficient. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors always friendly!
I would recommend the retreat at Chelsea Park to anyone looking for an apartment! ??

everything has been great minus our washer hose being broken and not connected. the water in the shower is brown??? and no one communicated about the gate opener.

absolutely love living at The Retreat at Chelsea Park! The community is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it feel like a true retreat at the end of the day. The apartments are spotless and beautifully maintained, with full modern upgrades that make them feel fresh and upscale. I especially love the large garden tubs – such a nice touch for relaxing at home. The entire property is kept very clean, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining both the apartments and the community... areas. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home!

Moving in was a breeze. This apartment is beautiful, clean, and the staff is so helpful. We had an issue with our bathtub drain, it was promptly fixed by the maintenance staff. While he was there, an amazon package was delivered and he brought it inside for me!
