While the apartment itself is attractive, the overall living experience has declined significantly. There is frequently pet waste left throughout the property, and the odor of marijuana from neighboring units has become a recurring issue. Despite multiple reports, these concerns have not been adequately addressed. Great value and amenities. I've enjoyed living here and have had no major issues. I only hope they keep to the principal of value and quality rather than vying for luxury and fluff.

I absolutely love this place! The management and maintenance team is amazing and very efficient. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors always friendly!

everything has been great minus our washer hose being broken and not connected. the water in the shower is brown??? and no one communicated about the gate opener.
