Although we ended up not leasing here due to it being above our budget :/ . We were very pleased with the office staff when we came to inquire about a bedroom that was within our budget. Ruby went over the prices and everything we needed to know. There was a bit of a language barrier since we just came to the states but Cindy was trying to help with the communication issue. I hope my husband and I see this place again when it’s time. Once again thank you to ms Ruby and Cindy you guys were great... to my husband and I ((‘:

Management is disgusting. They have no tolerance to kids. And charge you money with manipulating.. They ruined my son’s psychology. He afraid of our neighbors and crying rarely. We didn't like this complex

I recently concluded a year-long stay at Silver Brooke, and my experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The standout positive features were the friendly and responsive office staff and the prompt management that resolved issues efficiently. Unfortunately, persistent noise problems overshadowed these positives, leading to my decision to move out prematurely.

However, there were a couple of significant drawbacks that ultimately influenced my decision to leave. One major issue was... the recurring disturbances caused by residents from neighboring apartments. On multiple occasions, people would arrive late at night, making excessive noise, and despite my attempts to report the disturbances to the courtesy officer, there was no response.

The most challenging problem, however, was the constant noise from our upstairs neighbors. Their heavy and loud footsteps became a persistent issue, leading to complaints from our downstairs neighbors as well. Despite multiple complaints, including video evidence, and discussions with the management and even the manager, no effective solution was provided. The situation escalated to the point where a loud argument between the upstairs neighbors prompted my wife to call the police for assistance. This incident left us feeling unsafe in our own homes. Applied in Silverbrooke from accross the globe but though processing and communiction takes place virtually, process was smooth and the Silverbrooke Team were accomodating and kind. Maintenance is quick to respond. And every changes donw in the community we are being informed. Youll never go wrong joining in the community. Its away from the bustle of the highways but still with multiple access to the highways.??

I found this apartment after searching for awhile and I fell in love with this place as soon as I got here. The staff have been amazing since day one. All concern I may have they address them immediately and try their best to accommodate me. They are always open to my concerns and even suggestions I or other residents may have.
