Riverstone Trails Apartments

I don't think words could truly say how wonderful the ladies in the office are. Natasha and Rita are extremely involved in this peaceful little community. I was treated with kindness and ease from that first phone call. I've learned that these dedicated woman go above and beyond for the residence from making sure that the community is safe for the families to extending personal time to make sure that the children have what they need. I feel that they are a God send and right where they need to... be helping people as they are doing. They are professional, thorough, and even work late hours to ensure that everyone is taken care of as needed. This little community is very clean and quiet, just the right place for my daughter and I to be able to grow with others. We feel very blessed to be a part of Riverstone Trails and look forward to the friendships we will encounter a long our journey. I would like to extend a personal heart felt thank you to both Rita and Natasha. You ladies have truly changed our lives with your dedication and kindness. Thank you so much. Lee mas

I Love, love , love this Property. The property itself is Beautiful but what truly makes it Great is the Staff. The Manager Natosha has been here 3 yrs , I moved in when it opened 5 yrs ago this yr. So the majority of the time they have had one Manager and I like that. It's very important to have a long standing manager. I hate when staff continues to change . It's no good for us residents. The previous Managers were not here long and did not care about us but Natosha, Wow! I have never met such... a Manager as Beautiful as her On the inside and out. She has a heart of gold. Don't get it wrong cause she can be strict when needed but she knows how to speak to people with respect. That's the difference with her. It's not what you say But how you say it. She has knocked on my door about a few things to correct like a mop on my porch ect but she was so friendly it made me want to correct the issue right away. She makes the atmosphere of the apartments nice to come home too. They try to keep the place clean but some of the trashy ppl leave trash and old furniture on the property. We have a new maintenance man and he works hard to o keep this place nice. The assistant manager is nice too but she don't take no crap from some of these ignorant ppl. The office always smells good and clean with snacks and hot coffee. If there is someone that has something bad to say about Natosha, this means something is wrong with them. Period. This lady has God working through her to help others. She has made our living experience here peaceful, Quiet and even for our kids. They received some nice Xmas gifts and we had a lot of food and just a lot of fun. I love living here. Thank God for such a Blessing for us . For this to be low income it's a real blessing. Thank God for Ms. Natosha. What all Managers should be like. If She leaves I will probably move. And that's real. It will be super hard to replace her. Lee mas

The assistant manager have a nasty attitude when ppl call they put them on speaker phone and laugh and talk trash about the ppl. Natosha is nice nasty pretends to do her job right and really don’t care about no one how does she have a three bedroom apartment with three grown kids and it’s suppose to be income base when ppl who actually need it get directed to a waiting list. I wouldn’t recommend this property to no one actually thinking about calling the state and report their nasty bed bugs... when pest control suppose to come every three months and they don’t come at all...thumbs down Lee mas

I would love to move in these Apartments the manager is very good and runs the property very great and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place, Riverstone Trails Apartments is the one. Love the way the manager run the complex and the staff very good customer service skills so I give Riverstone trails 100%
