Boardwalk at Town Center Apartamentos

I am very satisfied with the quality of life I experience living in this community, specifically in Building 1. The people are mostly friendly and respectful. Maintenance is impeccable, and the building is always clean and hygienic. The only area worth improving is that the Business Room administration needs to be more attentive, as the computers are often poorly maintained (technical support for viruses and malfunctions), and it takes many days, and sometimes weeks, to refill the printer toner... when it runs out. This community is the best! Meghan, Kylie, Madelynn, and Will are top notch and great to work with! This is my first apartment in 20 years but they walked me through everything. VIP experience for sure!!!

I like to live here, I have all the amenities I need, and the food trucks are an excellent idea. I reported a couple of burning out bulbs and was immediately attend.

The pool and Rooftop areas are top-notch.
The walk to the apartment from the parking garage is long, but manageable. very hard during the move-in and out phase.

The place is always clean, very quiet, the surroundings are beautiful, there are many places nearby to eat, shop at the market, get ice cream, and the best part is that you can walk there. I love this place.
