BEST PLACE TO LIVE- Amenities, customer service, and care

I’ve had a really good experience living at Vivano, and a huge part of that is Jon from maintenance. Any time I put in a request and he’s the one who shows up, I know it’s going to be handled quickly and correctly.

He’s friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Whether it’s a random repair, a noise issue, or something small that just isn’t working right, he takes it seriously and makes sure it’s actually fixed before he leaves. You can tell he cares about the residents and the... building.

Honestly, Jon is one of the main reasons I feel good about living here. Having someone that reliable on the maintenance team makes a big difference.

Great Maintenance Service at Vivano at Riverton Apartments!

I’m really happy with the maintenance service here at Vivano at Riverton. The team is quick to respond, professional, and friendly. They fixed the issue in my apartment efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s great to live in a community where maintenance requests are handled so promptly and with care. Thank you to the Vivano maintenance staff for keeping everything running smoothly!

I’ve lived at viviano for a few years now and have nothing but great things to say! The office staff is super helpful! Whenever I’ve had issues or concerns MaryChase goes above and beyond to get them resolved!

The Viviano community exceeded my expectations. The property itself is impressive, but what truly stood out was the tour experience with Diana. She was professional, thorough, and made the visit memorable. Viviano at Riverton offers a standard of living unlike any other community I’ve seen.

Great Customer Service!!

I toured Viviano with MaryChase and she went above and beyond to answer my questions. The property itself is gorgeous with wide open spaces, a great pool area, and a well-equipped fitness center. She pointed out the small details that showed me how well this community is cared for. It really stood out compared to other places I toured.
