This is a lovely house near the University of Utah campus. Ideally located for students and young professionals, the house is only one mile away from the... University of Utah campus, 5 minutes walk from the grocery store, and conveniently situated near public transportation stops. Liberty Park, Trolley Square, and many shops and restaurants are also within a short walking distance. The neighborhood is fresh and fun, with many other student houses and a great YSA ward. The house currently has 3 other young women living in it, including myself, and everyone is good-natured and friendly, though often busy with work and school. We are looking for another female house mate, and hope to find someone similarly good-natured and responsible. We have one bedroom opening at the moment, which is available now. Rent and utilities for that room is $450 per month, total. The owner is asking for a 1-year lease, and is willing to sublet the room. If the room is sublet, it means you would be able to transfer your lease to a replacement tenant, in the event that you needed to move before the lease was up.The damage deposit is one month's rent ($450) plus $50, for a total deposit of $500. The $450 can be applied to your final rent payment if there is no damage to the room. The remaining $50 goes toward upkeep/cleaning expenses. Our policy is no pets, no smoking, and no illicit drugs of any kind. We welcome applicants who will be respectful of other tenants and of the owner.
