Animal friendly, up to 2 animals maximum, breed restricted.** Pet deposit and monthly pet rent per pet.

The resident is responsible for the renter’s insurance & all utilities including:
-$65 per month for Water/Sewer/Trash
-$20 per month for common area maintenance
-$11 per month utility billing fee
-$80 per month for Google Fiber
-Electric & Gas will be billed based on usage
-$50 per month for Covered parking

Move-in Costs
$350 Cleaning fee
$250 Lease initiation fee
$750 refundable deposit – this amount may vary based on application screening results
