The parking garage gates are continuously broken providing no security which was an attractive feature when deciding to live here. Vehicles without parking stickers fill the garage taking spaces from paying tenants. Office makes excuses that vehicles on no tow list. One person in the office said maybe they lost their sticker. Quality of leasing staff decreased.

The property itself is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I’m giving it 3 stars due to several ongoing issues. There’s frequent weed smoke lingering in the hallways, and dog waste is often left on the sidewalks and grassy areas, which detracts from the overall cleanliness. I also wish the gym had a Smith machine instead of the unused leg and chest equipment tucked in the corner.
Maintenance of amenities could be improved—specifically, the filters in the gym’s water...
dispensers and coffee machine should be checked weekly, as the red indicator light often signals they need replacing. Additionally, the coffee machine is rarely stocked with coffee.One major concern is that the front gate is consistently broken, despite being advertised as a safety feature for residents and their vehicles. For the price we pay, it would be reasonable to expect 24/7 access to the day room and office spaces via key fob. These upgrades would significantly enhance the living experience.

It's a quiet place to live. Managers are helpful, and we are a stone's throw from the airport. It is conveniently located near Target and Walmart, as well as several restaurants.

The apartments are very nice and in a good location. They are well maintained and offer good amenities, but with limited availability. I find that the amenities are nice, but difficult for the residents to use due to the restrictive use hours that are valid when most residents are reasonably expected to be at work. I think that it is a disingenuous business practice to make some of facilities only available for a fee after the normal workday. This policy should be reconsidered to give... resident greater access to the amenities without having to pay a fee of $100 per hour.
