I have lived at Marlowe for 3.5 years now. Since Greystar took over management of the building, everything has gone downhill. Management chose to undertake every construction project possible at the same time and the resident experience has become miserable. Drilling of 90 decibels (the equivalent of a running chainsaw inside our home) has been registered inside the building. Work on our balcony took two months longer than we had been told it would. Management has been unwilling to compensate... residents in any way for these deteriorating conditions. A leak in the garage took months to clean up and the broken garage door that allows Marriott guests unfettered access to our parking area has not been fixed. That’s just the tip of the iceberg.
