I’ve been increasingly disappointed with Marlow’s lack of accountability around package handling and the ongoing security issues in the parking garage.
Since moving into the community in May 2025, I have lost three packages that the shipper has geolocated to the apartment complex. In each case, Marlow either failed to properly log the delivery and send the accompanying notification email (including an accurate count of packages received), or staff later stated they were unable to locate the... package in the storage room. At this point, the mail reception process feels disorganized and unreliable, and residents are left with no clear chain of custody or resolution when items go missing.
On top of that, the parking garage is not secure. There is currently only one gate shared for both entrance and exit, and the entrance gate has been stuck open for weeks, creating a serious physical security concern. Additionally, the G1 parking gate device has been inoperable and has not been in use since I moved in. These issues leave the garage effectively uncontrolled and make it hard to trust that vehicles and property are being protected.
I’m asking management to take these concerns seriously and implement real fixes: a consistent package intake and notification procedure with clear tracking/accountability, and prompt repairs to restore secure, functioning access control for the garage. Residents shouldn’t have to worry about missing deliveries or an unsecured parking area as a normal part of living here.
