I really can’t commend the new management of this apartment complex enough. There is such a huge difference from the previous management company. Every floor is looked after, the AC has been turned on in the hallways after years of issues, the garage doors finally work at all times, the elevators have been fixed, the walls repainted- they’ve done an excellent job.

We also recently moved from one apartment in this building to a different one, and the move in process the second time was seamless.... They even went above and beyond to leave toilet paper, paper towels, a hand towel, snacks, water, and dish soap in the new apartment. I’ve never seen that done before and it really blew us away. The attention to detail, down to a nice black box to give us our new keys in, is awesome. I would highly recommend living here as long as the current management company owns Nouvelle. Lee mas

Nouvelle gives the impression of a luxury property, but the reality of living here is a completely different story. Management under Greystar has been consistently disorganized and unresponsive. There are frequent billing and system errors, and when you try to get help, no one follows up. You’re often left chasing answers for weeks—if you get a response at all.

The elevators are incredibly slow and almost always overheated, which is unacceptable for a high-rise. We can’t use the gym, something... is always broken. Currently we can’t even use the gym. Meaning we have to pay for an outside gym because we haven’t received any notice of when this will be completed. What are we really paying for! Basic communication from the front office is inconsistent, and the staff often come across as indifferent or unapproachable.

For the amount of money residents pay to live here, you would expect a far better level of service, professionalism, and maintenance. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. The ongoing inconvenience, lack of accountability, and poor customer service simply aren’t worth it. Lee mas

Overall great pl to live no issues with neighbors quiet , parking is great / location

I am writing to command the Greystar management company for providing such an amazing living environment, with second to none staffs property manager on site. On my second year of being a resident at the Nouvell couldn’t imagine living anywhere else, I hope upon my lease renewals to be able to extend another year.!

Considering the construction and the current infestation of flies, I wouldn’t recommend. Flies have taken over all the elevators and the P1 level. I assume the other parking floors are the same. I’ve been seeing 5-10 flies in my place for the past week and I work remote some days not opening my main door. This means they have let the flies get so bad that they’re in the vents. Its out of control.
