Extremely Disappointed with Management and Communication
Nouvelle gives the impression of a luxury property, but the reality of living here is a completely different story. Management under Greystar has been consistently disorganized and unresponsive. There are frequent billing and system errors, and when you try to get help, no one follows up. You’re often left chasing answers for weeks—if you get a response at all.
The elevators are incredibly slow and almost always overheated, which is unacceptable for a high-rise. We can’t use the gym, something... is always broken. Currently we can’t even use the gym. Meaning we have to pay for an outside gym because we haven’t received any notice of when this will be completed. What are we really paying for! Basic communication from the front office is inconsistent, and the staff often come across as indifferent or unapproachable.
For the amount of money residents pay to live here, you would expect a far better level of service, professionalism, and maintenance. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. The ongoing inconvenience, lack of accountability, and poor customer service simply aren’t worth it.
