Feel free to live here if you want to be told that the cracks in your wall and water stains are features that make your home more luxurious. Get ready to hear every sound of nature as well as the sounds of your neighbors breathing every time you lie down for bed. Enjoy the never-ending high pitched hum of your refrigerator, giving you tinnitus that will stick with you for a lifetime. If you love paying for parking and still having your car being towed, you will love it here!

What an experience. As someone who's never been to Richmond and relocating for work, I had specific boxes i need checked for me to consider someplace home. Based on my needs Rocketts Landing was recommended and it did not disappoint. Emmett was AWESOME in navigating me through this journey. Not only was the move-in experience fabulous but so has been the living experience. It's clean, modern,and an easy commute to everything you would need. I would recommend anyone with high standards to try... Rocketts Landing.

East 51 is a great place to live at. The area is nice and clean. I’ve met some nice people and would love to attend one of the community events. Maintenance comes on time and speaking to eh managers is easy.
