Not like it was before
The company changed hands from Blue Ridge to Willow Branch, probably because of the negative reviews. I have lived here 5+ years and can say confidently that things no longer get addressed timely, professionally, or with any regard to the residents. Constant issues with commercial trucks, pickup trucks, and vans blocking the parking lot (numerous residents complain and send photos) NO ACTION. Add new signs for reserved parking, they will tow you in t-minus 5 minutes. How bout the maintenance... team focus on the grounds and timeliness of maintenance tickets and changing the dog trash and putting up dog bags daily and less focus on trying to get some side money on a tow when you know you have record of resident license tags, but cant call and say hey, you accidently parked in a spot that is reserviced. Numerous people have moved out because of noise complaints, but no option or remedy given. Rather flip the unit and hope someone else pays more money. The company lack of respect for tenants and long term tenants will be the downfall of the community. If you rent, be prepared for every year your rent to go up, and even if its available at a lower price for a new person, you have to "transfer" to get that rate, your lease can never go down, just up! And over the summer, the pool was full of maggots, multiple people reported it. finally got cleaned, but not a single person got a response from the office. Not Luxury anymore! New app, well lets make that 2-3 apps needed to see and pay rent. No longer user friendly, and just not in touch with the customer base anymore!
