Skyview Heights is an amazing community and apartment complex! So far, I have not had any complaints. The management here is amazing and they care about the residents. It truly feels like a home!

We recently moved to Sky View Heights from out of state, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the very beginning, the application process was seamless and stress-free. Amanda and Sabrina were incredibly helpful, kind, and resourceful guiding us every step of the way and making us feel truly welcomed.
The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—just like the pictures, if not better. Everything is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, both inside and out. As a family... relocating from another state, we were nervous about the transition, but Amanda and Sabrina made it an easy and enjoyable one.
We’re so grateful to have found a place that already feels like home. Highly recommend Sky View Heights to anyone looking for a welcoming community and a beautiful living space!

Lived here for two years and I'm just not happy how things are. First let's start with seeing dog poop every now and then on the grass. Oh and the lawn people are pretty trashy people when it comes to mowing the lawn once a week. Oh and not thrilled that you gotta listen to race cars go insane at the race way park in the middle of the night. Oh and another thing is how gross some times the garage is when it's full. Also not to happy that there's a prison across the street. Parking is just... insane as well when you live here.
Oh and people that live here don't like to comply with the noise ordnance. This place is not a good or happy place to live at.
