Meridian West Apartamentos

Everything is cheap and cheaply fixed so things like the cabinets have peeling vinyl coverings and the carpet within a few months was getting ridges in it. Could feel holes in the floor under the carpet. Bad hole patches everywhere on the walls. Half the people dont clean up after their dogs and the office knows that but doesn't do anything about it. They enforce random rules but only when they feel like it. For months the office did nothing about piles of trash bags on neighbors back porches.... The washers and dryers suck so you have to run multiple loads and end up spending more money to get the laundry done and actually clean. Even found cigarette butts in the dryer at one point. Their solution to mold and mildew is just spray it with bleach and dont put furniture against the wall. Lee mas

Worst place I've ever rented! Mold everywhere cheap paint that peels off everything leaking toilets,stolen clothes out of the laundry room, and a unlawful detainer slapped on me that I didnt even get served for Because i let my murdered son's best friend from St. Louis stay with me for 5days during the funeral, literally STALKED by the office lady Cindy who watched and recorded my every move and I've never even met her! BUYER BEWARE! Go anywhere but here!

If you want to live in the trashiest, loudest, most poorly maintained apartment complex on Puyallup's South Hill, Meridian West in the place for you. Nothing about it says luxury. A place with garbage everywhere, dog poo galore and smokers abound, family and general people friendly it is not. Your stay at Meridian West will start and end the same...A MASSIVE WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY.

Rent prices are good for apartment size but you have to pay water,sewer and garbage which is about $130.00 a month plus $100.00 for power and you have to pay a pet deposit AND $15.00 a month pet rent. You have to use a laundry room with a card which is a pain. However, most people here are pretty cool and the back porches are huge.
