Horrible HOA
Apartment are nice inside great to place to live but the HOA is rude and not respectful not friendly at all

Banyan Lake management is horrible
Board President is horrible and doesn't help people with the property damage outside. Outside wall has cracks cause mold grow inside the property, HOA only seals the crack and doesn't redo the outside wall. Banyan Lake has old buildings and doesn't have good structure design.

I've lived in my apartment for 9 yrs. Haven't had an upgrade for 6 yrs. Been requesting repairs for 6 months. Still waiting.
