Roach infested Apartments w/ Horrible Management

This place has an obscene amount of roaches and the A/C is constantly broken. The management is well aware of the issues but they have ZERO intentions in fixing the problems -as it would cost them money. They masquerade behind maintenance visits that never resolve the issues just to selfishly draw out money from tenants.

Disgusting Management!

I left this place because they get the money every month but if something is broken, you cannot even reach them. Nobody answer phones. The whole apartment is falling apart. Be verrrey very careful. If you can avoid this place, do it for your own sake…

Excellent at giving promises. Terrible at keeping them!

The property management company does NOT follow through with promised maintenance. Even worse, when they do show up they don't fix the problem or create a new problem.

They have been to my apartment three times about my front door. The deadbolt won't lock. The problem was created when Maintenance installed weatherstripping. He finally installed the weatherstripping the second time he came, after I called them again asking why they didn't install it the first time like I asked.

Even worse,… when I called them in New Jersey, both people I spoke with were rude, interrupting me constantly instead of listening. The first guy hung up on me to put me to someone's voicemail. He had a "not my problem" attitude.

And now they don't answer their phones, in Boca or in New Jersey. Customer Service 101, people: ANSWER your phones, LISTEN to your customers, and FIX the problems.
