Blue heron is a great community, nice amenities, very good maintenance team, and a very pretty and well maintained area. My only complaint is the parking issue. I wish there were designated parking spots for the residents and a more enforced guest parking space.

Nice complex, well maintained. Only issue is parking is not enforced at all. No designated guest parking so they take up the spots closest to the building. Residents have multiple commercial business vehicles plus personal vehicles. You basically have to park at the front of the complex and walk all the way back to your building.

This has been a very family friendly community. My kids love going to the pool and all of the amenities. We feel safe in the community and truly love being at blue heron!

So far, after about 2 weeks in the community, I am absolutely loving my tenancy at Blue Heron! Between the fabulous apartment and open layout, all the boastful amenities, and the new and great neighbors I have been meeting, I am certain I chose the right place to live.

So far, everyone has been incredibly warm and friendly. Office staff have made the application and move in process as easy as it can be. The other residents are friendly and welcoming. I feel safe in this area and community. I love it!
