Moving into my new townhouse community has been one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of my life. From the moment I first arrived, I could feel that this place was different from anywhere I had lived before. Every time I drive through the neighborhood, I feel proud to call it home. Wonderful experience with a new change of scenery. Cable, internet and Utilities hooked up rather quickly. While Winter's chill still bites the sun soon soothes by noon.

I love it here! Everyone is nice and friendly. The staff is great always ready to help out. Since I move here I hadn’t no problem. When something wasn’t working the staff was ready to help out. It is a quiet place. My kids can play outside without me having to worry. It’s is always clean outside. The grass is always cut. I love it here

I really like the neighborhood but only big downside is the parking throughout. There isn’t enough at all and the roads are small. The playground is also very small for kids to play. The pool and the gym are very nice .
