Move in was seamless and very easy. So far the community has been great! It’s very quiet and relaxing anywhere you are in the complex. And the views are amazing

The rental place is very nice, like new and maintained well! The staff is very attentive and friendly. There is even free coffee. It’s a far cry from the other apartments that I have visited!

The garage door has once again been out of order for several weeks. Residents are still required to pay the mandatory parking fee, yet parking has effectively become a free for all for the public, and I notice new vehicles in the garage every day. The same issue applies to the amenities -- non-residents frequently use them on weekends, while residents are expected to pay additional fees. Valet trash is another mandatory fee, yet they issue parking ticket style fines for trash violations without... any warning or prior notification. It’s very important to regularly check your account for unexpected charges.

We understand how frustrating these issues must feel, especially when... they impact services you rely on and pay for. Regarding the garage gate, we understand outages are not the experience we want for our residents. Our team is actively working with the Highwoods building to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also take amenity and garage access concerns seriously. Community amenities and parking areas are intended for residents and authorized guests only. If you’re noticing unauthorized use, please report specific times or details to the leasing office or to the courtesy officer so we can investigate and increase monitoring as needed. In regard to valet trash and any related charges, our goal is always to provide clear guidelines and consistent communication with monthly reminders as well as a courtesy reminder call prior to being charged a trash violation or fine. If you received a charge that you feel was issued without proper notice, we encourage you to contact the office directly so we can review your account together and clarify any policies. We never want residents to feel caught off guard by fees. Your feedback is important to us, please reach out to your on site management team to address your concerns in more detail and work toward a resolution.

Needed a spot quickly, and stumbled upon this spot. Couldn’t be happier. Staff is friendly, transition was easy. Overall: Sweet crib, enjoying the views. Gym is solid!
