the entire property is a nightmare. nothing is ever working. Coffee machine RARELY works, never has milk for lattes. Key fobs to get into the gates for the pool don’t work. Strangers can access the property with ease. Parking garage doors are always down, a handle on my bathroom drawer popped off. My disposal stopped working. There’s an alarming loud noise coming from my utility closet that maintenance can’t seem to fix. I requested the front desk multiple times to deactivate my lost key fob and... they won’t respond to emails, front door handle from the inside of my unit just popped off. Have fun getting out of your unit right? MY UNIT POURS WATER from the ceiling every time it rains. This began over a week ago now and maintenance has yet to come assess and fix the leak or dry wall damage. They charge you monthly for parking and when YOU BUY A NEW CAR they charge you $75 FOR A NEW STICKER to get into the garage that you ALREADY PAY FOR!! I hate this place so much get me out immediately

Emergency issues such as leaks and water intrusion are prioritized and handled promptly when reported. We also work closely with certified vendors to repair community amenities and equipment whenever unexpected issues arise. Security remains a top priority, with controlled access entry, key fob systems, and monitored access points throughout the property. If residents experience issues with access devices, our team is available to assist. The parking garage door was repaired and has been fully operational for over two months. Additionally, parking decal replacement fees are a standard policy, as the decals contain access-control technology that helps maintain garage security. We value resident feedback and continuously work to improve the living experience for our community. Anyone with unresolved concerns is encouraged to contact management directly so we can assist and work toward a resolution.
