FEES

At first it was amazing, but they will get you on the fees! $100 more in your rent just with fees that are not mentioned before you sign the lease. Walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors moaning every night. Some days I find no parking because people have town homes with garages and they still take up 2 parking spots. I don’t understand how this is legal and why I’m getting charged a “Electric” fee of $15.37 and then also a “utility” fee of $6.26” and then I still have to pay my… electric bill on my own at the electric bill website that has nothing to do with the apartment billing. All these fees are a scam and I can’t wait for my lease to be over with.

Blindsided by charges

I did not enjoy my stay at the Luxe and I feel that I am being treated unfairly by the management of this property.

To start with, one of my neighbors had their car windows broken into. This is supposed to be a gated community however both gates only functioned about half of the time I lived here.

Secondly I was paying close to 100$ per month in trash service and valet trash service only for the valet trash to not come for an entire week, regularly refuse to take my trash, and at one point… tear my trash bag open while taking it, leaving glass throughout the hallway.

Finally I'm being charged a cleaning fee $250 for supposedly professionally cleaning the apartment and carpet restoration and then I'm being charged again $190 for the replacement of that carpet.

very bad service

very bad service can never repair or change anything on time, do not respect the needs of the tenants, grills never work, emergencies do not know what they are, when the air conditioning was damaged they gave me a portable one for 15 days, the garage door 3 months to repair it and now the oven does not work and they tell me that since it is not an emergency they can not repair it or change it immediately

Beautiful Apartments - had an appointment this past Saturday to view a 1/1 and was helped by Catherine - who is awesome! - she showed us the apartment, clubhouse/pool, and grounds - and let me just say these are some of the nicest apartments I've seen in a long time!
