Best tour of all.

I had a tour of the Venue with Grace Dodd this past Saturday and I must say that it was the most pleasant experience.
So many other places are cold and mechanical, but from the very first I found the Venue to be open, warm, and inviting.
I enjoyed my tour with Grace very much. She is such a relaxed and relatable professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and was really genuinely interested in making sure I was taken care of. She is the best!

Great place to live

I love everything about living here!
The apartments are beautiful, the pool is resort style, the grounds are clean and safe.
Big thank you to Tom (maintenance) who is always greeting me with a smile, and the rest of the management team who is always providing excellent customer service experience as well.
