BEST Apartments EVER
I’ve been living here for over a year now and I can’t tell you how much I love it. It’s quiet, nice neighbors, pet friendly, conveniently located right next to a fantastic Publix. The complex has an amazing pool, grills and the best staff. Julia is amazing, she’s always pleasant, helpful and available to assist with a welcoming smile on her face. Maintenance is timely regardless what you need. Josh has resolved multiple issues for me over the past months, he’s been quick and efficient. There’s... the fun things like weekly contests & the best food trucks on Fridays!

What is there to like?
The answer? nothing.
Management is severely lacking, no communication whatsoever between the teams and when you confront them they blame each other. They mess about with the rent and add on unexpecting and unexplained costs.
Maintenance doesn't listen and comes unprepared.
You want jobs done? forget about it.
You have a problem? you may as well wait until your dead to have that problem resolved.
Be careful with maintenance they will break things (glass) and won't report it to you/clean it up... .
Only upside is the neighbors., we bonded over how terrible this place is.
