I have been here for a year now, and this is the second good review I am leaving. The management is amazing and takes care of their residents, maintenance is always prompt. Grounds are very well maintained, clean and safe. Apartment are all updated and clean, and each apartment comes with washer/dryer which is a huge bonus.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting an apartment in Oakbrook Village. To put it bluntly, the management of this place is an absolute disaster. From the moment I moved in, it became apparent that they couldn't care less about their tenants.

First and foremost, let's talk about the management's handling of deposits. They have absolutely no qualms about holding onto your hard-earned money for an absurd amount of time. Three months? Try more like eternity. It's like pulling teeth… trying to get them to release your deposit back to you. They seem to think it's their own personal piggy bank, and they're not eager to part with it.

And if you think that's the worst of it, think again. The way they treat tenants is downright appalling. It's like they have a playbook on how to make your life as miserable as possible. Maintenance requests? Good luck getting those fulfilled in a timely manner. Need something fixed urgently? Don't hold your breath. It's as if they take pleasure in making you jump through hoops just to get basic amenities in working order.

Communication with the management team is also a nightmare. They're elusive, unresponsive, and downright rude when you do manage to get a hold of them. It's almost as if they see tenants as an inconvenience rather than valued residents.

Overall, if you value your sanity and your hard-earned money, steer clear of Oakbrook Village Apartments. The management is a disgrace, and they'll make your living experience a living hell. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to call home. Read More

I live in this place for 2 to 3 years never had an issue with management roaches or rats not even 1 time melissa is great and easy to deal with great place I have 4 stars because the pool is not always open.

The staff and management are great very friendly and they address any need you may have fast!!! It’s quiet and clean the best decision I ever made was to move here stores are close just overall a great place!!!!
